Unless you have a specific aircraft in mind the NovaJet team will recommend a selection of aircraft based on your requirements.
2. How Do I Inquire? Only basic information is required when inquiring about a charter quote, the NovaJet team will require the following information to create a quote for your itinerary:
• What are your planned travel dates?
• Where you want to fly from and to?
• How many passengers there will be?
• Do you have an aircraft preference?
• How much luggage are you planning to have?
• Do you have special dietary requirements?
• Do you have a budget in mind?
• Are there any special considerations for your travel such as pets or children?
3. The Charter Quote Proposal – NovaJet will provide a detailed quote highlighting the cost associated with your proposed travel itinerary. NovaJet prides itself on all-encompassing quote with no hidden fees. The Charter Quote will include details on the aircraft recommended with a comprehensive description of the aircraft attributes including imagery to assist the client with the decision.
4. Booking Procedure – Once the client has had the opportunity to review all of their options and is prepared to make a decision, NovaJet staff will guide them through the booking procedure.
• Client calls in and verbally confirms charter request
• Nova Jet staff respond by submitting confirmation paperwork to client which needs to be signed and returned to NovaJet.
• Once the signed paperwork is submitted to Nova Jet the aircraft is then considered booked.
• Nova Jet staff will then discuss additional requirements for travel (Customs and Immigration to foreign country, accommodation, ground services etc)

TIER TWO-NJC Benefits
NJC Clients benefit from the highest level of customer service in the industry. Benefits include:
- Time Savings
- Safety & Security
- Financial Savings
- Have Control of Your Itinerary
- Private & Exclusive
- Attracting and Retaining Key People
- Increasing En-route Productivity
See attached PDF for more benefits (see below and insert benefits)
Benefits of Charter PDF
Safety & Security: For many companies the protection of personnel from uncontrolled public exposure alone is justification for corporate aircraft use. The peace of mind from knowing everyone on the aircraft is part of your team. Avoiding eavesdropping, reducing travel visibility, eliminating unwanted and unnecessary conversations, all support the use of corporate aircraft to safeguard company employees and sensitive information they carry.
Time Savings; Air Charter is, in absolutely every respect, smoother, easier and less complicated. You will save time by travelling to the closest airport to your destination. Your flight will depart when you arrive and will eliminate the need for connecting flights. Commence In-flight discussions and be ready to commence the meeting immediately upon arrival. It is quite simply the most efficient way to travel.
Financial Savings: Contrary to the common perception that traveling by private corporate aircraft is only for the rich and famous, with 2 or 3 passengers the actual cost is competitive and often less expensive then traveling with commercial airfares.
Have Control of Your Itinerary: Many people are frustrated with the non-reliable conventional commercial airline service. Cancelled flights, cumbersome security and check-in lines all make sticking to an already tight schedule very difficult. With NovaJet air charter you create your own itinerary and have the ability to make changes as required. There is no need for unnecessary time restricting pressures like wrapping up an important meeting in order to catch that commercial flight.
Private & Exclusive: Enjoy privacy that leaves you perfectly comfortable to discuss business, review important material or just relax and enjoy the environment.
Air charter helps businesses make the most of their two most valuable assets -
People and Time.
Increasing Post-trip Productivity by Reducing Fatigue: Schedules that require late night travel or longer than necessary trips often result in post trip fatigue, reducing productivity in the day(s) after the trip. By creating more efficient scheduling, the use of corporate aircraft can minimize this loss.
Attracting and Retaining Key People: Improve personnel retention and reduce the costs of turnover and retraining.
Non-business hours away from home is one of the critical factors responsible for the loss of key employees opting for a job with less responsibility.
“Family Time” before and after traditional business hours is critical to most employees and can have an acute effect on employee morale and productivity. Corporate aircraft allow flexible scheduling resulting in fewer nights away from the home.
Increasing En-route Productivity: Corporate aircraft offer significant en-route productivity increases by giving employees the ability to hold meetings in a secure office environment without interruptions, distractions or eavesdropping.
Unlike airlines, passengers can sit in boardroom proximity, strategizing before meetings, debriefing afterwards or meeting with clients en-route.
Cost Effective Corporate Shuttles to Remote Offices and Projects: Companies with major projects or major offices in rural communities can benefit from operating a daily shuttle between both sites. By scheduling a morning departure and early evening return personnel from both sites can complete a productive day and be home with their families.
Project a Positive Service Image: For companies that rely on a superior service reputation, aircraft charter can provide the tool to exceed customer’s expectations.
The arrival of service technicians, spare parts or empathetic management by corporate aircraft displays their commitment to “go the extra distance” and shows the importance of the customer.
Optimizing Payroll: Many organizations have rediscovered the need to maximize productivity of fewer employees to accomplish equal or greater amounts of work and ensure their competitive position. As business aircraft improve employee time management and efficiency they can help eliminate the need for additional personnel, reducing payroll costs and maximizing a company’s competitive edge.
Reducing Product Cycle Times: The compound effect of increased productivity and saved travel time is that more can be accomplished in less time. Consequently many companies attribute reductions in “cycle times” - when facilities/products/services are brought on-line sooner and projects completed faster, often giving a competitive advantage within their markets.
